The complex Lillian and Roger live in looks very modern. I liked the color scheme.

The buildings all have ornate designs and motifs. They look very cool.

These shops look cool and from this shot you can see how crooked they are.

Here is what it looks like between the buildings. You can get a feeling of what it was like a hundred years ago.

Famous buildings in Bergen. You might be able to see from this photo that the buildings are leaning heavily to one side. I believe they are sinking so each building is kinda leaning onto the next.

Street in Bergen. The white building at the top of the street is where we got on the tram that took us up the moutain. The tall white building above that is a kindegarten.

Here's Bergen. The bright orange/brown color of the grass brings a nice contrast to this shot.

I like capturing trees or brush in the foreground of photos for some reason. I think it's the contrast of color and distance that I like.

Doesn't it look cold down there? The water in the bay is partly frozen and you can see the mist over the city as if it were thawing out.

We had to get some hot cocoa to try and warm up a bit.

I like these side shots, they look very contemplative. I really like this one. I should have cropped the persons head out of the bottom of the pic though. :)

So here is Bergen. We were lucky that it was sunny during our trip. I guess it has 300 days of rain during each year. Yes it was cold and we will have to take another trip during the summer so we can see it when everything is green. Very beautiful though indeed.
